Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) is formulated in accordance with Indian laws and is applicable to all clients engaging our consulting services. By availing of our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Consulting and Service Charges

1.1. Our consulting and service charges are based on the time, expertise, and resources dedicated to your application process. These charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the rejection of your application by any third-party institutions, authorities, or organizations.

1.2. By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and agree that once an application has been submitted or once we have commenced work on your behalf, our consulting and service charges will be due in full and are non-refundable.

2. Application Rejection

2.1. We do not guarantee the acceptance or approval of any applications submitted on your behalf. Any decision by a third party to reject an application is beyond our control and does not entitle you to a refund of our consulting and service charges.

2.2. In the event that your application is rejected, our consulting and service charges must still be paid in full as they compensate for the services rendered, including but not limited to consultation, document preparation, and communication with relevant authorities.

3. Non-Contact Clause

3.1. You expressly agree not to directly or indirectly contact any of our collaborators, partners, or clients for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, attempts to bypass our services by engaging with them directly.

3.2. Violation of this non-contact clause constitutes a breach of this Policy and our broader contractual agreement. Such a breach may result in legal action, and any claims for a refund will be automatically nullified.

4. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

4.1. By reading, accepting, and/or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and the terms and conditions contained herein.

4.2. Your acceptance of these terms is a prerequisite for any service engagement with our company. Proceeding with our services indicates your explicit consent to these terms.

5. No Refund for Breach of Contract

5.1. Any breach of the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy or in any contractual agreement with Globallink Consulting will render any refund claims invalid.

5.2. In the event of such a breach, we reserve the right to deny any refund requests and pursue appropriate legal remedies to recover any outstanding payments or damages resulting from the breach.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1. This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

6.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi,. India.

7. Modifications to this Policy

7.1. We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or through other communication channels.

7.2. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
